Free Shipping to a Megapaca store
Shipping will be made to a store Megapaca from Guatemala with a delivery time of between 4 to 8 business days from the date of purchase.
To collect the order, the customer must present their DPI and the card used to make the purchase.
Home Delivery “Q25”
Shipping will be done within 1 to 2 business days to a departmental capital or nearby municipalities and 3 to 5 business days to towns and villages in the department. It has a cost of Q25 which are cancelled upon payment.
If the recipient lives in “high-risk areas” or in an “inaccessible” location, Megapaca can place their order in the store closest to their home. “High-risk” or “inaccessible” areas are at the discretion of Megapaca.
If delivery could not be made because the recipient was not present, a second attempt will be scheduled. If the recipient is not present, it will be sent to Megapaca’s central warehouses.
Important: A properly identified person must be responsible for receiving the order and must have the card with which the purchase was made. Without this requirement, the package will not be delivered.
Processing times
These times will be taken into account if the order was placed Monday through Friday during business hours. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed for shipping on Monday.
