Actress Xie Yingxuan was shortlisted for the 57th Golden Bell Award for Lead Actress in a Drama Program last year with “The Fourth Floor of Heaven” and “Growing a Lewd Girl 2”. The Golden Horse awards ceremony was well received. Xie Yingxuan revealed a few days ago, “The landlord has already intimately informed that after the contract expires this year, they will have to take back the house and live in it by themselves,” but she is too busy to move until the last day.
Xie Yingxuan posted on Facebook yesterday (31), “The owner told me very early on that after the contract expired this year, they have to take back the house to live in it. But due to busy work at the end of the year, they kindly allow me to postpone the move for a month~ In the meantime, I searched the Internet for houses one after another. I have lived in Taipei for more than 20 years, and the things I have to move keep increasing. Every time I think about it, I feel very tired.”
Xie Yingxuan said, “Looking back, I’ve always met very friendly landlords in my Taipei rental experience. I once lived on Hangzhou South Road for seven years, and the windows looked like the cover on top of the Chiang Kai Memorial bell tower- shek Hall (at that time I thought it was very convenient to walk home and take a break between the performances at noon and in the evening~ but in the end I never did it) The house on Hangzhou South Road has passed three owners, but they are all very respectful and keep a proper distance.
She revealed, “This time, I left the place where I lived for three years. I still remember the day of the house inspection. The whole process is still vivid in my mind. The landlord and landlady have shown together. Extremely, I was recognized by the hostess. Likewise, I can only laugh awkwardly ~ Then in that room, the filming of the vulgar girl 2 started, finished and continued for another season. Half of the furniture was except for the kindness of theater friends provided , and some were brought back from the scenes of heaven and vulgar girls on the fourth floor, and were put together to make a house of their own.
Xie Yingxuan sighed, “For all the people who rent houses, the relationship between tenants and landlords is so delicate. Before signing the contract, there is always a waiting mood between them. After all, two strangers want to use one home like the future. For nearly a year or more, the relationship will be good or bad, and it will take time to prove it. And our lives are in constant flux ~ Once we meet, we will eventually break up.
