According to a Xiaomi spokesperson to XDA Developers, the company said, It will now say goodbye to the ‘Mi’ brand, which it uses in many products, especially smartphone products.
ONLY THE MODEL NAME WILL BE USED
The Chinese company, which will no longer use the ‘Mi’ suffix in the new products it will launch, will sell all its products with the name and model number of Xiaomi. For example, Xiaomi Mix 4 will now be preferred instead of Xiaomi Mi Mix 4.
However, it is not known for now whether Xiaomi will suddenly abandon the use of ‘Mi’ or gradually remove it from its products.
