A few years ago, Xiaomi introduced the Duoqin brand as another of its mobile phone sub-manufacturers. In 2018, the Qin phone appeared with support for 4G networks and several smart functions such as a voice assistant. However, now Duoqin is coming back with a model Qin3 Ultra. This is a compact phone that will try to drive you away from possible distractions.
The Qin 3 Ultra is a relatively small phone that fights procrastination. It’s coming with its own superstructure of the Android 12 system as well as its own app store on which we will not find any social networks or games. Duoqin primarily targets students who don’t want to be distracted by apps that some of us spend dozens of hours a week on.
The phone has 5.02-inch display with HD+ resolution and a shot with a 5 Mpx selfie camera. On the back there is an 8MP main camera and an LED flash. The Qin 3 Ultra is also very light, weighing just 118 grams. Under the hood, the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset ticks with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, and the battery has a capacity of 2,500 mAh. It is said to last up to seven days in standby mode. The Duoqin Qin 3 Ultra is available in black, pink and gold and costs 1,599 CNY, i.e. about 5,200 crowns without tax. It is already available in the Chinese market, but it is not clear if it will ever reach Europe.
Could you “survive” with a phone without games and social networks?
