Xiaomi is preparing to launch the new tablet called Xiaomi Pad 7 in October, along with the upcoming series of Xiaomi 15 flagship smartphones.
The brand usually takes a few months before launching its devices in the global market, however, the brand is already receiving the upcoming tablet certifications from Indian authorities such as the Bureau of Indian Standards .

The Xiaomi Pad 7 has appeared on the BIS website with the model number ‘2410CRP4CI’ while the launch date is unclear The tablet is expected to appear in the global market sometime in the first season of 2025.
According to previous leaks, Xiaomi will launch two tablets under the name Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro at the launch event of the upcoming Xiaomi 15 series of smartphones.
Both tablets feature high-performance Qualcomm processors, and the Xiaomi Pad 7 is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, while the Pad 7 Pro is expected to be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.
The brand was previously rumored to be working on an OLED tablet, however, it seems that the first release will only feature an 11-inch LCD display.
The Pad 7 series will run HyperOS 2.0, built on Android 15, and will likely have a 10,000 mAh battery.
The brand is also expected to keep the fingerprint sensor on the side for security purposes.
It is still uncertain whether Xiaomi will offer 5G or cellular connectivity to these models, and the tablets are expected to have a USB Type-C 3.2 port for faster data transfer.
