KOMPAS.com – The official launch date for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 series mid-range cellphone has now finally been revealed.
Through the launch poster displayed at official siteas compiled by KompasTekno, Thursday (14/12/2023), Xiaomi announced that the Redmi Note 13 series will launch globally on Monday, January 4 2024. The Redmi Note 13 series comes with the tagline “SuperPower. SuperNote”.
Before being present on the international market, the Redmi Note 13 series, which consists of the Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro, and Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus, has been sold in its home country, China, since September 2023.

The Pro model will be the main star at the launch stage of the Redmi Note 13 series on January 4. The reason is, the compact Redmi Note 13 Pro and Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus are equipped with a 200 MP main camera.
Last week, Xiaomi first revealed the camera capabilities of its most capable model, namely the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus, at the launch of the cheap cellphone Xiaomi Redmi 13C 5G.
The Redmi 13C 5G launch video was apparently also taken by the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G camera. This claim is called Xiaomi at the end of the video. Xiaomi also stated that the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G will be available in January 2024.

Apart from the global launch schedule, there is no further information regarding the availability of this cellphone in the global market, including the Indonesian market.
However, it seems that the presence of the Redmi Note cellphone in Indonesia will not be long after its global debut.
Indications are that the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G model has been registered on the Postel SDPPI Kominfo certification page (Post and Telecommunications from the Directorate General of Resources and Equipment for Post and Information, Ministry of Communication and Information) since October 2023.
If you look at this year’s history, the Redmi Note 12 series consisting of the ‘regular’ Redmi Note 12, Redmi Note 12 Pro and Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus models debuted globally on January 6 2023.
More than two months later, the new Redmi Note 12 series is here and available in Indonesia, to be precise on March 30 2023.
