KOMPAS. com – Xiaomi throw Redmi Note 12 series globally in India. The phone is available in three models, consisting of the “regular” Redmi Note 12, Redmi Note 12 Pro And Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus.
This mobile was previously released in its home country China in October 2022. Compared with the Chinese version, Specifications of the Redmi Note 12 series in India is more or less the same. It is just that there is another model which was not released in India at the same time, namely the Redmi Note 12 Speed Edition.
The Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus is the model with the highest specifications compared to the regular Redmi Note 12 and Pro. However, the other two models also come with no less interesting specifications.

The similarities of the three models of the Redmi Note 12 series are the support for the 5G network. Apart from that, the back of the mobiles is also identical, both have a square camera module with two to three rear cameras juxtaposed with an LED flash.
Redmi Note 12 is designed with a 6.67 inch AMOLED screen with stand refresh rate 120Hz. The kitchen runway for this mobile is powered by Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipset combined with dual RAM and storage options namely 4/128GB and 6/128GB.
In terms of photography, the Redmi Note 12 is equipped with a dual camera, the resolution of which is 48 MP. Meanwhile, other cameras only come with 2MP resolution to support image depth. For the front camera, the Redmi Note 12 offers a resolution of 8 MP.
In the power sector, the Redmi Note 12 is equipped with a battery with a capacity of 5,000 mAh with support for 33-watt fast charging. Other features that complement this phone are a 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth 5.1, dual-band WiFi, IR blaster, and a fingerprint sensor integrated with the power button.
Unfortunately, the Redmi Note 12 in India is not equipped with NFC and a special microSD card slot.

The Redmi Note 12 Pro is designed with a slimmer body than the regular model, even though the screens are both 6.67 inches. The screen of this mobile also comes with 120Hz support and Full HD Plus screen resolution.
The difference is that the Redmi Note 12 Pro is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1080 chipset combined with three RAM and storage options namely 6/128GB, 8/128GB and 8/256GB.
