Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 and Note 10 Pro Officially Present in Indonesia: Okezone techno

JAKARTA – Xiaomi finally brought two of its newest cellphones, namely Redmi Note dan Redmi Note 10 Pro to Indonesia. Both are successors to the previous series, namely the Redmi Note 9 and Note 9 Pro.

Redmi Note 10 Series being the first Redmi Note line to carry an AMOLED screen. Country Director of Xiaomi Indonesia, Alvin Tse said that this phone is a leap for Xiaomi because it uses an AMOLED screen for mobile phones with middle class prices.

“This is our biggest leap to use AMOLED screens on mid-range class phones. Usually this type of screen is only available on phones with prices above Rp. 4 million,” Alvin said during a press conference, Tuesday (30/3/2021).

As the name suggests, the Pro variant comes with higher specs. For example, the screen refresh rate reaches 120Hz and 240Hz touch sampling rate, the HDR10 standard for the screen. The screen on the Pro version is also slightly larger, which is 6.67 inches versus 6.43 inches on the regular version.

The system on a Chip (SoC) used is different, Redmi Note 10 uses Snapdragon 678 while Redmi Note 10 Pro uses Snapdragon 732G.

On the photography side, the Pro version of the rear camera has a 108MP resolution for the main camera, while the non-Pro variant is only 48 megapixels.

Speaking of prices, both are sold according to the choice of RAM and storage memory variants. Here is the price list for the Redmi Note 10 and Note 10 Pro.
