Last week, Xiaomi just launched its newest entry-level phone, Redmi 9A in Indonesia.
In the launch event Redmi 9A, Xiaomi announced that the cellphone will be sold at a special price aimed at old series Redmi users.
Redmi 9A those who have a normal tag of Rp. 1.2 million will be sold at Rp. 999,000, specifically for users of Redmi Redmi 4A, Redmi 5A, and Redmi 6A. Sales Redmi 9A with this special price, it will be held starting today.
Country Director Xiaomi Indonesia, Alvin Tse said that this program is a form of gratitude Xiaomi to appreciate Mi Fans and loyal users of the Redmi A series.
“We hope that this initiative can help more people to improve their quality of life through technology,” said Alvin, in a written statement.
Redmi 9A with this special price can be obtained online through the official store Xiaomi on Mi.com. This special sales program is limited to only 50,000 units.
Discounts are given through a coupon worth IDR 200,000 which can be obtained when consumers log in through the Mi Store application.
Furthermore, this coupon can be used on the Mi Indonesia website, to purchase Redmi 9A varian 2 GB/32 GB.
For sales Redmi 9A with normal prices will reopen on 26 August 2020 at the official store Xiaomi on Mi.com and e-commerce sites.
In terms of specifications, Redmi 9A powered by Mediatek’s Helio G25 (12nm) gaming chipset, with a clock speed of 2.0 GHz.
The chip is combined with two RAM and storage options, namely 2GB / 32GB and 3GB / 32GB.
This phone is supported by a jumbo capacity battery of 5,000 mAh and support for fast charging 10 watts. Redmi 9A already running the Android 10 operating system and is coated with the MIUI 12 interface.
