Xiaomi Redmi 9 is now official in Europe

Chinese automaker Xiaomi has formalized the marketing of its Redmi 9 smartphone outside of Asia. Launched in Spain, the entry-level mobile could quickly find its way to France.

It didn’t take long to wait between the first rumors and the announcement Urbi and orbi. A few days ago, the Xiaomi Redmi 9 had been talked about after an appearance on a Singaporean e-commerce site. Several published visuals then made it possible to know the entire technical data sheet of the product, and a possible release in Europe was predicted. This time, it’s official: the Xiaomi Redmi 9 is coming to the old continent, starting with Spain.

If it becomes difficult to find one’s bearings in the manufacturer’s ranges, this terminal fits into its entry-level catalog. It is equipped with a 6.53 inch IPS Full HD + screen, a MediaTek Helio G80 SoC associated with 3 or 4 GB of RAM depending on the version, and internal storage varying between 32 to 64 GB. photo, the Redmi 9 is adorned with a quad camera block. In Spain, the mobile is marketed at € 149 for the 3 GB version of RAM, and € 179 for the 4 GB version. We are still awaiting confirmation of marketing for France.
