Xiaomi mentions arrival Pocophone F2 in teaser trailer – Tablets and phones – News

Xiaomi has released a teaser trailer in which it mentions the Pocophone F2. The manufacturer does not provide more information about the successor to the original Pocophone successor, but the phone is rumored to have a Snapdragon 732G soc.

The teaser comes from Poco’s Indian twitter account. It published a short video in which it looks back on 2020 and in which it ‘thanks customers for the year’. The fact of the video briefly mentions that a new phone is coming, the F2. That would be the successor to the Pocophone F1 from 2018, which turned out to be unexpectedly popular at the time. Parent company Xiaomi brought the Poco F2 Pro out, but it was at the time with its 498 euros a lot more expensive than the original F1.

Xiaomi does not provide details on the F2 phone. For example, it is not known what it should cost and whether it will be released in the Netherlands and Belgium. That did not happen, for example, with the related Poco X2, which only came out in India. There are rumors about the specifications appeared in a Telegram group. It would show that the F2, which is codenamed Courbet, will get a Snapdragon 732G processor.
