As planned, Xiaomi has introduced a new smartphone of the Civi series. The model is called Xiaomi Civi 3.
What is known
The smartphone is equipped with a 6.55” AMOLED display. The resolution is 2400 x 1080 pixels (Full HD+), the refresh rate is 120Hz, and the peak brightness is 1500 nits. The screen supports HDR10 +, Dolby Vision and has a built-in fingerprint scanner.
Xiaomi Civi 3 is powered by the Dimensity 8200 ULTRA mobile processor. The chip is manufactured using 4 nm technology, has cores with a frequency of up to 3.1 GHz and is supplemented with 12/16 GB of LPDDR5 / 5X RAM, respectively.
The storage subsystem is represented by a UFS 3.1 drive. The capacity is 256 GB, 51 GB or 1 TB depending on the modification. The model also has a 4500 mAh battery with 67 W fast charging.
Xiaomi Civi 3 received a main camera with a resolution of 50 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP and optical image stabilization. The 8 MP module has ultra-wide-angle optics (120 degrees). The resolution of the selfie camera is 32MP + 32MP.
The smartphone has NFC, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, USB-C, GPS stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support and Android 13 operating system with MIUI 14 firmware. The model weighs less than 174 g and has dimensions of 158.75 x 71.7 x 7.56 mm.
Price and when to expect
The cost of Xiaomi Civi 3 in modifications of 12/256 GB, 12/512 GB and 16/1024 GB was $330, $355 and $395 respectively. The smartphone will go on sale May 31, 2023 in gray, purple, gold and green color options.
