The company continues to expand its range of household appliances, showing a huge two-door refrigerator in China.
Model called Mijia 616L French Door Refrigerator. In addition to high capacity, the syde-by-syde refrigerator is equipped with many useful functions to keep food fresh for as long as possible. The device offers a simple and elegant design that matches Xiaomi’s minimalistic style. The refrigerator body has a proprietary Ice Feather White coating. It is resistant to oil stains and easy to clean. The total volume of the device is 616 liters, divided into 20 compartments – 228 liters are allocated for the freezer.
The refrigerator runs very quietly. According to the company, it generates no more than 36 dB of noise while consuming less than 1 kWh of electricity per day. Control is carried out using an external small touch panel, and it is also possible to configure modes in the Mi Home or Mijia App mobile application. Support for remote control via the XiaoAI voice assistant is also announced.
The doors of the Mijia 616L French Door Refrigerator can open 90 degrees, giving free access to food. There are eight shelves on the inside of the doors for storing sodas, while the remaining 12 food compartments are located in the main part of the refrigerator. Products are cooled using No Frost technology – thanks to it, the contents are evenly cooled and no ice is formed. Among the interesting things: the presence of an antibacterial module with silver ions, which prevents the formation of an unpleasant odor and the development of bacteria.
Price and Availability
The dimensions of the Mijia 616L French Door Refrigerator are 972x770x1862 mm. In China, the new product was priced at $340.
