TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Founder Xiaomi, Lei Jun, has explained about the upcoming release of the main mobile internet user interface or MIUI for Xiaomi phones and tablets. It was MIUI 13 which he said would bring a lot of changes that would greatly improve the user experience. “The new version of the software will arrive before the end of this year,” he said, Thursday, November 4, 2021.
Currently, Xiaomi is using MIUI version 12.5 which is claimed to have improved the user experience considerably compared to the previous version. However, Lei Jun claimed, MIUI 13 will come with many changes to further enhance the user experience.
Usually, the Chinese brand will present it first software the latest interface in the country, and followed by an international release a few weeks after. Furthermore, Lei Jun said, MIUI 12.5 battery optimization contributes to the battery life of the Redmi Note 11 Pro. MIUI 13 is expected to bring a revamped interface and should be available for most Xiaomi or Redmi devices.
Previous leaks have predicted skin will bring up a floating window for the game, which seems to be new on every skin custom. In addition, there will be memory and system fusion technology rendering layered. MIUI 13 is expected to bring up to 3GB more RAM upgrade technology which can be adopted to Xiaomi or Redmi phones.
Apart from that, MIUI 13 is said to be bringing new animations, font, redesigned app icon. There’s also an improved notification panel, as well as advanced privacy options. Also expected theme improvement ‘Always-on-display’, new power saving mode to improve battery performance, improved notification system and allows management of old and new notifications, and wallpaper new.
And as usual, that interface will be distributed to phones running Android 11 and Android 12
