Jakarta, Selular.ID – Xiaomi is rumored to be issuing a foldable smartphone which is predicted to carry the name Xiaomi Foldable. In fact, according to a report, the price of this Xiaomi flagship folding screen smartphone is fairly affordable.
This information is known from the passing of the Xiaomi folding screen smartphone in the certification of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China. According to a source, this Xiaomi folding screen smartphone is likely to be released in March 2021.
Not only that, several rumors of the Xiaomi Foldable specifications have also been circulating. One of the most prominent aspects of the foldable smartphone is the screen. Whether it’s in terms of size, panels, and features embedded in foldable devices.
Later, the Xiaomi Foldable is predicted to come with two variants of different screen models, the first model is equipped with a screen measuring 7.92 inches and developed by Visionix.
As for the second model, the Xiaomi Foldable will have a screen measuring 8.02 inches. Especially for the second model, Xiaomi takes Samsung and CSOT as suppliers.
CSOT is a company that developed the Motorolla Razr screen in 2019. Then, for the external screen, the Xiaomi Foldable will carry a size of 6.38 inches.
Both the main and external screens, the panel that the Xiaomi Foldable will use is OLED.
Furthermore, the Xiaomi Foldable has also been running with the latest version of the user interface, MIUI 12. Then in terms of storage space, it is likely that the Xiaomi Foldable provides a choice of 256GB of internal memory.
Reportedly this device is similar to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2, the Samsung folding screen smartphone. Even so, this device does not appear to have a hole for the front camera on the screen.

According to sources in China, the Xiaomi folding screen smartphone uses a large OLED screen.
For the folding screen, Xiaomi has reportedly been preparing since some time ago. Even the patent image that emerged from the Chinese National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) document has been registered since August 2018, but only appeared in November 2019.
The Xiaomi patent at the time shows a device that opens from a closed box to a phone with a high aspect ratio. The closed state has a small rectangular appearance and a dual camera setup on the exterior. The interior has a top bezel and a front-facing camera. The Xiaomi folding cellphone is equipped with six camera sensors consisting of four rear cameras and two selfie cameras.
