Xiaomi scooters have done for personal electric mobility what Tesla did for electric cars. And now there is a new model Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Ultra and the word Ultra in the name promises superlatives – the biggest yet power 940 watts and the biggest range 70 km. Both are valid for Xiaomi and the range was measured on a flat road at a speed of 15 km/h by a rider weighing 75 kg. Impressive value. The downside is the weight of 25 kg.
How big a jump is that? The current flagship, the Scooter 4 Pro model, has a power of 350 W, a range of up to 45 km and a weight of 16.5 kg. The load capacity is the same for both models at 120 kg and the maximum speed is the same at 25 km/h, but that is the limit set by legislation.
The most fundamental visible change is the chassis – both wheels are sprung, the front push swing fork is impressive and, unlike all previous Xiaomi electric scooters, the new one has a driven rear wheel. The ride comfort is said to be incomparable with the fixed models of the past.

DuraGel tires with a diameter of 10″ heal common punctures without losing pressure. The entire scooter has an IP55 degree of protection, which means that it is resistant to splashing water (typically riding in the rain). The front brake is drum, the rear is electric.
The announced price of 999 euros could mean the amount of 23,999 CZK in our country, and sales are also expected in the Czech Republic.
