Xiaomi Civi 3 with Overclocked Dimensity 8200: New Features and Improvements

WonosoboZone – Xiaomi Mobile Factory will soon release a new product variant on the Civi line, Xiaomi Civi 3.

The chipset used is allegedly an overclocked version of Dimensity 8200 which was launched last December.

According to GSM ArenaXiaomi also seems to be proud of the use of this chip.

This can be seen in promotional posts that use a single object with the Dimensity 8200 Ultra chipset.

Xiaomi has also confirmed improvements to the image signal processing (ISP).

This also includes reduced power consumption in the camera application, accelerated shooting speed, and has 30 new video functions which will be detailed at a later date.

Then, Civi 3 will come with a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen with FHD + resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate.

Speaking of cameras, it is expected that a pair of 32 MP front-facing cameras from the Civi 2 will be brought.

Meanwhile, the back is expected to get an upgraded 50 MP Sony IMX800 sensor on the main camera.

Past video capabilities 4K@30fps, 1080p@30/60/120fps and 720p@960fps.
