HyperOS first announced in China at the end of last October and currently Xiaomi still preparing to launch the global version. Even though it has not been officially announced, the list of Xiaomi cellphones that will receive the global version of the HyperOS update has been revealed.
This list was discovered by Xiaomiui which is claimed to come from Xiaomi servers. Xiaomiui also shared screenshots containing code snippets containing the code names of a number of Xiaomi devices and regional ROMs connected to HyperOS.
Previously, there were several leaks revealing the list of Xiaomi cellphones and tablets that will receive the global version of HyperOS. However, the list only contains Xiaomi cellphone models without mentioning Poco or Redmi phones.
The latest leak from Xiaomiui could be said to be more complete because it contains a number of Poco and Redmi phones. In total, there are 11 Xiaomi cellphones that will receive the global HyperOS update first:
- Xiaomi 13T
- Xiaomi 13T Pro
- Xiaomi 12T
- Xiaomi 11T
- Xiaomi 13
- Xiaomi 13 Pro
- Xiaomi 13 Ultra
- Little F5
- Poco F5 Pro
- Redmi Note 12 4G/4G NFC
- Redmi Note 12S
A number of other Xiaomi devices were said to be receiving it HyperOS global versions, including Xiaomi Pad 6, Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro, Xiaomi 12T Pro, Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 14 Pro, and Poco X6 5G. However, the latest leak from Xiaomiui only mentions the 11 phones above.
It is possible that there are more Xiaomi phones listed on the server and will receive the global version of HyperOS but the data has not yet been extracted, as quoted from Notebookcheck, Saturday (16/12/2023). The global version of HyperOS is planned to be released in the first quarter of 2024.
HyperOS itself is a replacement interface system for MIUI. However, HyperOS is not just a skin because it will be integrated with Vela, Xiaomi’s platform for IoT.
Related leaks HyperOS The previous spread indicates that the biggest change that will be brought is a more modern and efficient design. The HyperOS changelog discovered by Xiaomiui shows updates such as more intuitive animations, new system fonts, a new weather app, refreshed home screen icons, and more.
Apart from that, the official Xiaomi website also revealed a number of feature upgrades that HyperOS will bring such as network improvements, improved memory control features, and AI integration.
