The website XDA Developers points out that 20,000 mAh power banks are nothing new, and can be found in droves in India and China. Furthermore, the Lenovo L480 notebook could be charged in just 2 hours and 27 minutes. The device itself would take up to 3 hours and 50 minutes to get a full charge.
