Xiaomi has officially introduced its newest flagship smartphone, namely the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra. Held on the sidelines of MWC 2024 in an event entitled Xiaomi Lens to Legend, the two smartphones come with powerful specifications.

One of them can be seen from the chipset embedded in these two smartphones. Both the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra are equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset from Qualcomm.

However, like the planting, there are slight differences in what each smartphone offers. The most visible difference is in screen size.

Xiaomi 14 is equipped with a 6.36-inch LTPO OLED screen with a resolution of 1200 x 2670 pixels, a screen-to-body ratio of 89.3%, a pixel density of up to 460 ppi, and a refresh rate of 240Hz.

Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra screen is supported by a 6.73 inch LTPO AMOLED type screen with a resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, a screen to body ratio of 89.6%, a pixel density of up to 522 ppi, and a refresh rate of 240Hz.

Another difference lies in the camera sensor used, although both use a camera sensor created by Leica and Xiaomi called Light Fusion 900.

Xiaomi 14 uses a 1/1.3 inch sensor, while Xiaomi 14 Ultra uses a 1 inch sensor. Both are supported by HDR technology.

Turning to the photography department, Xiaomi also makes a difference. The regular variant has three rear cameras, while the Ultra comes with four rear cameras.
