Now, there is official news about the launch Xiaomi 12S on July 4, 2022. Xiaomi 12S Pro and 12S Ultra also join in on this launch.

Xiaomi also confirmed its partnership with Leica for the cameras on the 12S series and gives a glimpse of the three smartphones. You can see a photo of three smartphones standing in a row on the back.
Judging from the leaked image, the smartphone with the white back panel is the 12S, while the one in the middle might be the 12S Pro, and the smartphone on the left might be the 12S Ultra. It has a gold metal frame with green leather panels.
Xiaomi hasn’t detailed the specifications of the 12S series smartphones yet, but the company says the 12S is a small, high-end flagship, while the 12S Pro is the new 2022 flagship standard. The 12S Ultra is touted as “a new height of flagship imaging phone.”
Ahead of the launch, Xiaomi is expected to issue a grid of specifications for its products.
