KOMPAS.com – Xiaomi officially launched the latest flagship phone, Xiaomi 12 series consisting of Xiaomi 12 regular and Xiaomi 12 Pro, for the Indonesian market. This smartphone is also Xiaomi’s first flagship phone in Indonesia for 2022.

In addition, Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro are also equipped with large capacity batteries.
In Indonesia, the “regular” Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro are powered by the same chipset, namely Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. However, other specifications are made differently between Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro.
The main difference between the two smartphones lies in the aspect of the screen because the Pro model has a wider screen. In addition, the Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro camera configurations are also made different. Another difference is in the battery aspect to the battery charging output.

Xiaomi 12 Pro is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset which has a 4 nm architecture. The chip has an octa-core CPU that offers speeds of up to 3.0 GHz. In addition, the chip is also paired with the Adreno 730 GPU to process the graphics displayed on the cellphone screen.
On the Xiaomi 12, that chip is also combined with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. However, users cannot expand the storage because this smartphone does not provide a microSD slot.
Turning to the camera aspect, the Xiaomi 12 Pro is claimed to be the first phone with a Sony IMX 707 sensor. There are three rear cameras consisting of a 50 MP wide main camera (f/1.9), 50 MP ultra wide (f/2.2) with a field of view up to 115 degrees. , and 50 MP telephoto (f/1.9).
