Xiaomi 11T and 11T Pro Released, HP Flagship Cover 2021

Xiaomi finally released its last two flagship cellphones for 2021 in Indonesia, namely Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro.

The most noticeable difference between the two (besides price) is the system on a chip (SoC) used. The Xiaomi 11T uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 1200-Ultra while the Xiaomi 11T Pro uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888.

The Xiaomi 11T screen measures 6.67 inches FHD + AMOLED and has a refresh rate of 120Hz and supports TrueColor and HDR10+ which can display more than 1 billion colors, brightness levels up to 1000 nits, and touch sampling rate of 480Hz.

“What does TrueColor mean? As the name implies, this feature allows the screen to produce real colors like our eyes see directly,” said Alvin Tse, Country Director of Xiaomi Indonesia, at the launch of these two devices on Thursday (4/11/2021).

Oh yes, the screen is also coated with the latest Gorilla Glass Victus. Regarding audio, there are two speakers that are supported by Dolby Atmos certification. The company made by Lei Jun embeds a 108 MP camera on the back, combined with an 8 MP ultra-wide lens and a 5 MP telemacro. The front camera is 16 MP.

As the brain, the Dimensity 1200-Ultra was chosen which is promised to provide flagship performance for various user needs.

“MediaTek Dimensity 1200-Ultra is a very powerful yet efficient 6nm architecture chip for the Xiaomi 11T and offers a flagship-class multimedia experience, which confirms its position as the best flagship chip on the market,” said CH Chen, Deputy General Manager of Wireless Communication Products at MediaTek’s Wireless Business Group.

“You remember six months ago we released Mi 11 Ultra with a 67W charger? Now we present it on the Xiaomi 11T. This is the first time,” added Alvin.

Then there is the Xiaomi 11T Pro which uses Snapdragon 888 as its brain. The main difference between the two apart from the SoC is the charger.

“Let’s close 2021 with a professional performance. The Xiaomi 11T Pro supports both professional and personal needs,” explained Alvin.

If the 67W on the Xiaomi 11T is not fast enough, the Xiaomi 11T Pro is equipped with a 120W charger, namely Xiaomi HyperCharge. This charger is claimed to be able to charge a 5000mAh battery from empty to full in 17 minutes.

“The first in the world and the first in Indonesia. With 120W HyperCharge, charging the battery from empty to full is only 17 minutes,” he said.

Pre-orders for Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro can be made on 4-10 November 2021 at mi.com, Xiaomi Indonesia official store at Shopee and Xiaomi Store.

Both phones are available in Meteorite Grey, Moonlight White, and Celestial Blue. Meanwhile the prices are as follows:

• Xiaomi 11T 8GB/256GB – Rp 5.999.000
• Xiaomi 11T Pro 8GB/256GB – Rp 6.999.000
• Xiaomi 11T Pro 12GB/256GB – Rp 7.499.000
