The Xi’an Public Security Bureau reported on July 23 that on July 22, the bureau discovered during its investigation that a cram school in Xi’an had forged the seal of a state agency and provided false qualification review materials for “returned students” from other provinces to take the high school entrance examination in Xi’an, which was suspected of committing a crime. Six suspects have been arrested and five are under criminal detention. The case is still under investigation.
