Xi’an, Dec. 16 (Xinhua) — Local authorities in northwest China’s Shaanxi Province on Friday Reported that the city of Zian capital of Shaanxi More than 5,000 China-Europe freight train trips have been certified this year, up 15.6 percent year-on-year.
According to the report, Xi’an has certified more than 21,100 China-Europe freight train trips since the launch of the freight train in 2013 until now.
Xi’an International Border Station has become China’s first railway station to guarantee more than 20,000 China-Europe freight train trips, with an average of one train entering or leaving the station every 100 minutes.
Volume of China-Europe freight trains Arrivals to and from Xi’an have increased steadily every year since 2013, with China-Europe freight trains now operating. Connecting Xi’an with many destinations in Eurasia on 17 routes.
