After upgrading, the museum has 7 new exhibition areas, namely Kazakhstan exhibition area, Turkmenistan exhibition area, Kyrgyzstan exhibition area, Tajikistan exhibition area, Uzbekistan exhibition area, international exhibition area, and China exhibition area.
