If you don’t miss an indie game, install everything that comes with Xbox Game Pass or try any live demo, save the dates. From December 6th to December 12th, the ID@Xbox program will release 20 brand new demos for free during the Winter Game Demo event.
We will only have 7 days to test these demos, the reason being because it coincides with the week of The Game Awards, an event where prizes are awarded for the best games of the year 2022 in various categories.
The full list of games will be disclosed the 6, but we already know some names:
- Buttfuck Yourself (Yaza Games)
- Rhythm Sprout (SURT/tinyBuild)
- Thirsty Suitors (Outerloop Studios/Annapurna Interactive)
- Tin Hearts (Rogue Sun/Wired Productions)
All 20 demos will be available for one week, but some may be re-released later. However, others will disappear at the end of the event, so we recommend trying them while you can.
