During the Tokyo Game Show at the end of last week, Xbox CEO Phil Spencer and Xbox Vice President Sarah Bond had a question and answer session for the media and fans. One of the questions asked was which IP is most wanted to be revived by Xbox, and Bond had a slightly surprising answer.
It turns out that people are really hoping that Microsoft will bring back StarCraft, now that the acquisition of Activision Blizzard actually seems to be a reality. And thankfully, it doesn’t seem to be something Microsoft is ruling out, as Bond also added: “It will be fun to see if we can do something about it in the future.”
