Xbox Shocktober Sale Has Begun With Over 250 Discounts > News/New Products

The annual Xbox Shocktober sale is now live on the Microsoft Store. This year’s sale, running from October 18th to 31st, features over 250 games at up to 85% off.

Horror fans in particular have a wide selection of games to choose from at discounted prices. The Resident Evil franchise is well represented, with the Gold Editions of Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil Village discounted by 50% and 60% respectively. For a limited time, Resident Evil 4 Remake is discounted to just $19.99.

Other top discounts from the sale include Dying Light, which is 85% off for just $2.99, and Alien: Dark Descent, which is 60% off regular price. The Deluxe Edition of Dragon’s Dogma 2 is also on sale for 40% off.

Aside from horror, there are also deals on action and RPGs. The Red Dead Redemption 1 and 2 bundle is 50% off, bringing both open-world adventures to under $50. Both parts of The Hellblade franchise have had their prices cut by more than half.
