If you trust them to fix this, couldn’t they fix it before they release it? (Beyond that it has been postponed etc, and whether they could fix it for their new release date).
We want products on the market that are marketable, that’s not a crazy question at all.
It is better to postpone than to bring a product on the market that is not yet finished, or at least has not been sufficiently tested / tweaked.
There is a big difference between what bugs / glitches have than “full of bugs and glitches” as the article points out.
When the game is that big, and has so much code, they have to take their time. Instead of focusing on hitting a date.
Is the goal to bring a good product to the market, or to bring something to the market as quickly as possible?
Then you have to release it in “Early Access”, and not charge the full price for a game, which the game actually isn’t.
When you buy something, you somewhat expect that you can just use / play it, without any problems.
And sure, a lot of things can come afterwards, all due respect, but this sounds like almost unplayable.
As if these kinds of bugs, right after the release, are so good for the workload, burnouts and depression at CD Projekt.
