Xbox Live is back online, the problems have been fixed

Microsoft has made it known through its official social channels that its Xbox Live is encountering issues that could prevent the Fortnite Chapter 2, Call of Duty Warzone, FIFA 21 and other products online.

The problems seem to concern the section “Account and profile” and, according to what was declared by the Redmond giant on the portal that informs users about the status of the servers, it is not certain that it is not possible to access online services but you could be suddenly disconnected or encounter malfunctions.

Here is the official description of the problem on the site:

“You may have problems signing in to your Xbox profile, it may be disconnected when signing in or have other related issues. Features that require you to sign in like most games, apps, and social activities won’t be available.”

Currently we do not know the waiting times for the solution to the problem, but Microsoft has confirmed that the technical team is aware of the situation and is working to resolve as soon as possible. In short, if you have been experiencing problems for a few minutes it may not be your connection but the malfunction of the service servers.

Did you know that thanks to the latest Xbox Series X and S update you will no longer open Xbox Assist by accident?

UpdateThe problems have been solved and the Xbox LIVE platform is back to being fully operational and functional.
