Xbox CEO Phil Spencer feels guilty for disappointing the community with Redfall launch issues

A new interview has surfaced on the Kinda Funny Games channel with Xbox CEO Phil Spencer, during which he stated that he feels guilty for disappointing the Xbox community due to the Redfall launch issues that many gamers have experienced.

I’m angry with myself. There is nothing worse for me than letting the Xbox community down. Seeing them stop believing and become disillusioned is very hard for me. I am dissatisfied with myself. We need to re-analyze everything that we need to do.

The deplorable state Redfall is in is apparently known to Arkane, who are already working on improving the game’s performance on both Xbox and PC. Also, a few hours ago it became known that Chris Orellana, the company’s animation artist, is working along with the rest of the team to provide users with a new best version of the game as soon as possible.

I would like to hope that Xbox will draw the right conclusions and be able to prepare for upcoming releases, among which there will be such major titles as Starfield, Hellblade 2, Avowed, etc.
