Xavi Hernandez Denies Reuniting with Neymar at Barcelona

Xavi Hernandez closed the opportunity to reunite with Neymar Of Barcelona. Currently, Barcelona already has other plans.

Neymar’s future at Paris Saint-Germain is being speculated. Even though he is still under contract until 2025, the Brazilian star cannot be separated from rumors that he will leave PSG.

According to reports Sport, following Lionel Messi’s decision to join Inter Miami, Neymar offered himself to Barcelona. Neymar is also claimed to be ready to lower his fee.

Xavi immediately denied the news. Neymar is currently not a priority for Barcelona.

“What was said about Neymar was shocking,” Xavi said in an interview with Jijantes.

“In theory he doesn’t fit into the plan. I really appreciate that but there are other priorities. The sports department already knows the names.”

Neymar has just had a disappointing season at PSG. Plagued by injuries, the 31-year-old only made 29 appearances in all competitions and scored 18 goals.
