Xavi criticizes the period of Mourinho and Guardiola with Real Madrid and Barcelona!
Xavi Hernandez, Barcelona coach, succeeded in achieving his first title with the team in his history as a coach, after winning the Spanish Super Cup at the expense of Real Madrid.
The Barcelona team achieved a dear victory over Real Madrid, 3-1, in the match that was held at King Fahd Stadium last Sunday in Saudi Arabia.
Xavi said in statements reported by the newspaper “El Mundo”, regarding the “change” that he sees in El Clasico since the days of Mourinho and Guardiola, that those years were “not positive”, as Jose did not give himself a good image.
He explained that Ancelotti is a gentleman and has a good relationship with him, and stressed that the competition during Mourinho’s term was a war.
Barcelona is currently at the top of the La Liga table with 41 points, 3 points ahead of runner-up Real Madrid.
The Catalan team is performing admirably this season under the leadership of Xavi, and aspires to achieve more titles in 2023 after winning the Super Cup.
