The municipal authorities of Huejutla de Reyes reported that they have secured a space in the “San Francisco Fair 2024“which will take place in the city of Pachuca.
This space will be dedicated to the promotion and representation of the traditional altar and arch of the The biggest festival of the Huasteca “El Xantolo”.
In this regard, they reported that this initiative has as aim to bring our traditions closer to a wider audienceallowing both local and international visitors to appreciate the beauty and cultural depth of this ancient celebration.
Therefore, through this space at the fair, They seek to show people the great cultural wealth that exists in the Huasteca and in that sense, it is worth mentioning that the “San Francisco Fair 2024″ will take place from September 26 to October 20.”
When and where will Xantolo 2024 be held?
Following a citizen consultation held last Sunday, the “21st of May” Square was selected as the official venue for the grand stage of “Xantolo 2024”.
With 992 votes out of a total of 1,562, this iconic space in the municipality will be the epicenter of the celebration of the Day of the Dead in the Huasteca region of Hidalgo, which will take place from October 30th to November 2nd.
