On the occasion of the completion of the acquisition process of DODONI S.A. an extraordinary general meeting was held at the company’s premises in Ioannina, where a new Board of Directors was elected.
Following the meeting, the new Board of Directors was formed. with the following composition:
President: Mr. Christos Tsolkas
Vice-president: Mr. Ioannis Vitalis
CEO: Mr. Michalis Panagiotakis
Members: Mr. Nikos Seretis and Mr. Spyros Papagiannis.
Mr. Christos Tsolkas, Chairman of the Board of Directors of DODONI & CEO of DELTA FOODS, stated in this regard: “I take on my new duties with a sense of honor, but also of responsibility, towards the company, the employees and the consumers. DODONI stands out for its vision and philosophy as well as for the high quality products it produces. Through my new role, I commit that we will continue to work dynamically, with the aim of leading the company, in the light of the new group, to even more successes”.
