Today, users around the world were surprised by significant interruptions in X, formerly Twitter, one of the most used social media platforms globally.
Elon Musk‘s social network outages affected users in multiple regions, preventing access to the platform, the publication of tweets and regular interaction with other users.
What happened to X?
The outages on Twitter have had an immediate and notable impact on the user experience. From the inability to load the news feed to problems sending tweets and accessing profiles, the outages have severely limited normal activities on the platform.
It was around 7 p.m. when users began to express problems on the social network.
According to the Downdetector platform, users reported that the most problems in their experience were loading the app (74 percent). Another problem was the app and finally, when logging in.

This has led to a rapid spread of complaints and comments on other social networks, where users expressed their bewilderment and sought temporary alternatives to communicate.
Within the Mexican Republic, it was announced that the areas most affected by this fall were registered in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey.
User Reaction
In response to the outages, users have taken to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram to share updates, discuss the situation and seek information on the status of X’s service.
Elon Musk, for his part, has not shared additional information about the application service, so we have to wait for the service to be regularized.
