WWE Raw Recap: Roman Reigns, Bianca Belair, Asuka, Logan Paul Talkshow, and More – Pro Wrestling Dot Net

The latest episode of WWE Monday Night Raw saw a slew of exciting matches and segments unfold. From the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns making his presence felt to a non-title clash between U.S. Champion Austin Theory and Montez Ford, there was plenty for wrestling fans to sink their teeth into. In addition to a thrilling women’s tag team bout featuring Bianca Belair and Asuka, viewers were also treated to Logan Paul’s talkshow, which served as the penultimate edition before WrestleMania 39. Here’s a closer look at what went down during the 3/20 WWE Raw results.

On March 20, 2023, the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri played host to the 1,556th episode of WWE Raw. The show kicked off with Kevin Patrick welcoming viewers and being joined on commentary by Corey Graves. Kevin Owens made his entrance and was joined by Sami Zayn, with the duo making their way to the ring while being introduced by announcer Mike Rome.

Footage from Friday’s SmackDown was aired to show the reunion of Owens and Zayn, after which the crowd chanted Sami’s name. In the ring, Zayn said that he had previously approached his relationship with Owens as a business transaction but admitted that they had also done things like brothers. Owens echoed his sentiments, saying that he had always been Zayn’s biggest fan, regardless of whether they were fighting each other or fighting together.

Owens went on to say that Zayn was right about trying to take down The Bloodline together, after which undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso’s entrance music played and they walked to ringside. Jey mocked Owens and Zayn, calling them the type of family that cuts each other’s throats. Zayn retorted by saying that it was funny coming from Jey, whose biggest dream was to backstab Roman Reigns.

Jimmy told Zayn that he was living in a dream world by looking at the WrestleMania sign and thinking that they had a chance, while Jey said that the match would be their one shot to put the Owens and Zayn problem “in the dirt.” The Usos then accepted the match, but Jey pulled Jimmy aside, saying that they didn’t have to wait until WrestleMania. Chaos ensued as Jey hit the ring while Jimmy pulled Owens to ringside, and the two teams began brawling.

In the first match of the night, U.S. Champion Austin Theory took on Montez Ford in a non-title match which saw Ford down Theory early on with a clothesline, taunting him with the “You Can’t See Me” hand gesture. Theory and Ford fought on the ropes after the commercial break, with Ford performing a frog splash-style crossbody block. Theory rallied and went for his finisher, but Ford avoided it. Ultimately, Theory took home the victory and said over the mic that Ford didn’t believe in him before but now he does.

Backstage, Roman Reigns was shown in his dressing room with Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa. The Usos entered the room and, after some chatter, Jey was left alone with Reigns. Roman questioned whether Jey was with The Bloodline, to which Jey replied that he was “Bloodline, uce.” Reigns looked Jey in the eye and told him that he loved him before letting him leave.

Adam Pearce was then asked by Byron Saxton about the tag team showcase matches at WrestleMania, after which Chelsea Green appeared and complained that her usual partner, Carmella, was unavailable for the evening. She brought out Piper Niven as her new partner and threatened to put Pearce on blast on social media if they weren’t added to the showcase match.

The show then shifted focus to an Omos match, with MVP accompanying him to the ring. Mustafa Ali was already down at ringside, and told Omos that he believed in him before the match began. Despite Ali’s efforts, Omos emerged victorious, with the show closing on a high note thanks to a creative video hyping up the much-anticipated Brock Lesnar vs. Omos match.

And there you have it, the highlights of the 3/20 WWE Raw results. From Roman Reigns’ commanding presence to the intense non-title match between Austin Theory and Montez Ford, it was a night of non-stop action and excitement. We also saw the powerhouse duo of Bianca Belair and Asuka take on Chelsea Green and Carmella, proving that the women’s division is stronger than ever. Logan Paul’s talkshow also provided some entertaining moments and served as a solid lead-up to WrestleMania 39. As always, we can’t wait to see what the WWE has in store for us next. Stay tuned for more thrilling moments in the world of pro wrestling!
