WWE Monday Night RAW #1461
Ort: Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida, USA
First broadcast: May 24, 2021

The show is opened by MVP who immediately presents us with the Allmighty Champion. Bobby Lashley immediately makes his way to the ring, he has five women in tow. As he helps them into the ring, a look back at last week and Lashley’s argument with Drew McIntyre and Kofi Kingston is shown. The seven people in the ring are not at all happy about the actions of the past week. MVP doesn’t want to dwell on it for long, though, because he has interesting news: as soon as the WWE goes on tour again, fans will finally be able to see the WWE Champion live and in person again. And actually it would have to be celebrated if it weren’t for Drew McIntyre. The two men agree that they no longer want to see the Scotsman, the chapter is closed. At that moment, McIntyre’s music sounds. He says that he will of course continue to interfere in their interests, because his goal is to win back the WWE Championship. He appeals to Lashley’s honor to finally prove he’s No. 1 on RAW. Except that he doesn’t have the courage to do so. Lashley and McIntyre argue a little until Kofi Kingston joins Xavier Woods. The former is happy to have won against Lashley last week and doesn’t want to hear that McIntyre helped him do it. Kingston and McIntyre argue about whether McIntyre should get another re-match or Kingston his (although there should be no more re-matches), which he still did not get after losing his title. Adam Pearce comes out and tries to finally resolve the debate and sets up a No. 1 Contender’s Match, the winner of which will meet the WWE Champion at the PPV “Hell in a Cell”. MVP and Lashley are thrilled and will be happy to see the match up close. They leave the ring with the five ladies while Kingston and McIntyre continue arguing.

Braun Strowman holds a promo. He is happy to be traveling again and to be able to perform in front of an audience.

MVP, Bobby Lashley and the five women lounge around on two couches on the ramp and watch the first match of the evening from there.
