Wuling Motors today launched the cheapest variant of its flagship Low MPV, New Confero. Why hasn’t it been refreshed in March 2021? it’s a Confero S, while it’s a variant of New Discuss the lowest alias standard type.

New Confero has a refresh on the exterior which can be seen from the front grille which has now become 5 black blades and the main lights with accents smoky.
From the exterior appearance, the difference from the Confero S variant lies in the daytime running lights (DRL) with separate positions attached to the bumper. New Confero lowest variant is not equipped with this. Even the wheel design is different, if the Confero S variant has 8 bars measuring 15 rings with 195/60 tires.
Another advantage that this MPV is trying to offer is that it still prioritizes a spacious cabin up to the third row with an 8-seater capacity and a spacious trunk.

New Confero is also equipped with a double blower air conditioner that makes the trip always comfortable and a seatbelt reminder to maintain safety while driving. In addition, this product is also supported by a 5-speed manual transmission and electric power steering.
Behind the bonnet, the New Confero carries a 4-cylinder, in-line, DOHC engine with a capacity of 1,485 cc. This car is capable of producing 98 PS of power at 5,800 rpm and 135 Nm of torque at 3,800 – 4,200 rpm.
Starting in June 2021, the government will continue the PPnBM relaxation policy with an incentive of 50% which makes the Confero series get a reduced selling price. This does not only apply to New Confero, but also to New Confero S, which was launched last March.
