On February 18, 2023, reporters reported that New York markets closed lower on Friday (Feb. 17) for the fourth day in a row, with WTI crude for March delivery. It was down $2.15, or 2.74%, at $76.34 a barrel, and was down 4.2% for the week.
The Brent crude oil contract (BRENT) is delivered in April. It was down $2.14, or 2.51%, at $83/barrel, down 3.9% for the week.
