The Portuguese dancer María Edite Santos says that she met Julio Iglesias in 1975 and that she did not know that the singer was married. After a fleeting relationship, Edite became pregnant with a man whom she baptized as Javier, who today is over forty years old. The dancer made it public in 1990 and after a long court battle, Iglesias legally recognized it some time ago.

It is the writer’s third novel. “It tells the story of Edite Santos Raposo, a Portuguese and professional dancer who in one of her performances coincides with the singer Julio Iglesias, he invites her out while he is already married, but Edite did not know that and she did not know him much either, the meeting takes place near Barcelona”, advances the author.
“In the end and due to Julio’s insistence, Edite accepts his invitation and they meet in a chalet owned by one of the singer’s friends. Their passionate romance lasts only ten days but long enough for her to get pregnant, after that she She never heard from him again. When she found out that she was expecting Julio’s child, she looked for him to inform him but she was always separated by the singer’s people, especially by his father, who was the one who took care of him like a good girl. of gold that was his son and he didn’t want any scandal about it,” he adds.
Víctor currently resided in Pinto, and today lives in Concepción. In Ñuble he was inspired and finished writing the first novel that he would publish under the name “Colonia Paraíso”, in 2016, from the Windmills Editions publishing house in the United States. In May 2021 he published his second novel “El islote de los dehechos”, under the editorial direction of Angels Fortune Editions of Barcelona, Spain.
