Surprisingly, all participants’ blood sugar levels decreased significantly within 15 to 30 minutes after drinking pomegranate juice.

In addition to drinking juice, nutritionist in England, Kerry Beeson, also recommends a leisurely walk as a solution to lower blood sugar levels.

Moderate exercise, such as walking, increases heart rate and breathing, which in turn increases blood flow throughout the body. He recommends walking for at least 15 to 30 minutes a day.

In addition, Beeson also suggests drinking more water. To stay hydrated, adults should drink about two liters of water a day.

“Drinking more white water can help get rid of excess glucose and lower blood sugar levels,” Beeson explains.
