WARTAKOTALIVE.COM, JAKARTA – Three DKI Jakarta Provincial Government officials are being investigated by the DKI Jakarta Inspectorate.
The investigation of the three DKI Jakarta officials follows the case of alleged coercion against a public infrastructure and facilities officer (PPSU), Kelapa Gading Barat Urban Village, Kelapa Gading District, North Jakarta.
It is known that PPSU members were forced to borrow money through an online loan application or pinjol.
Those examined are:
– Head of the Economic and Development Section of Kelapa Gading Barat Village, Marihot Hutagalung
– Acting Lurah Kelapa Gading Barat Rahmat Syahputra, and
– Head of Kelapa Gading District, Darmawan
DKI Jakarta Regional Secretary Administration Assistant Sigit Wijatmoko admitted that currently the inspection is still in progress at the Inspectorate.
He promised that an examination would be carried out thoroughly in order to find a bright spot in the alleged coercion.
“Everyone will be summoned, not only the officers but also the Sub-District Section Head who has been summoned, the Plt Lurah, the district administration has been summoned,” said Sigit at the DKI City Hall on Monday (17/7/2023).
According to him, the summons was needed to clarify Marihot’s alleged coercion.
This inspection is also a means of reminding civil servants so that this incident does not happen again in the future.
“We want to see that this does not happen in other regional apparatuses. I also see it comprehensively,”
“What is the root of the problem to be able to take precautions to ensure it doesn’t recur” he said.
