Wout van Aert has to continue without coach Marc Lamberts. The latter accompanied the Belgian rider at Jumbo-Visma, but now follows his pupil Primoz Roglic to BORA-hansgrohe.
The German cycling team reports this after Lamberts had already confirmed his departure from Jumbo-Visma. “After making history by winning all three Grand Tours this year, I felt like I had reached my finish line. I am very happy to start again,” Lamberts said in a press release.
