Someone was injured in an assault on Carry Pothuis-Smitstraat in Osdorp tonight. The victim was transported to the hospital by ambulance.
Around 8 pm, police received several reports from passersby about the assault. According to a police spokesman, the accident occurred on the street.
A spectator informs AT5 that a topic preceded him. “Someone was injured, unconscious. Ambulance and police on site.” A mobile squad of medical trauma was also alerted, but it’s unclear whether that squad also made it to the scene or if the ambulance staff could handle it themselves.
The police spokesman said the cause of the accident is not yet known. According to witnesses, several people were involved in the attack. As far as we know, no one has yet been arrested.
