If you are an avid Volkswagen fan and know the cars of the late 1980s, then the blue trim around the grille and the Volkswagen Motor Sport nameplate will speak volumes for you. If you’re not one of them, though, it’s probably just a good-looking Golf ‘couple’ that could be seen very often on Bulgarian streets 15 years ago. The truth is that this is one of the most special Golf series of which only 71 units were produced, which explains the high price of 93 thousand euros.
The Golf G60 Limited combines the best of the Golf GTI, Golf G60 and Golf Rallye, taking a little bit from all three models. The car has the familiar 1.8-liter gasoline engine with an added supercharger and a power of 210 horsepower. The torque of 252 newton meters is transmitted to all four wheels and helps to easily accelerate to 100 km/h in just over 6 seconds.

In addition to the blue edging on the front grille and Volkswagen Motorsport badges, the special Golf also features 15-inch BBS RM wheels, wider plastic fender arches, a ‘wide’ front blade, leather interior and extensive standard equipment including power windows and others. The particular example has traveled nearly 109 thousand kilometers since its creation in 1989, but nevertheless it can boast of an extremely good condition.
