International player and current Al Nasr star Cristiano Ronaldo is looking for new employees for his Pestana CR7 Hotel in Madrid. The Portuguese star decided to increase the number of his employees and offered permanent contracts and important additional benefits.
Open positions include bartender, supervisor, concierge and entry-level positions. Requirements vary depending on the position, but all candidates must have a good level of English (B2 or C1). For some positions it is preferable that candidates have a university degree or higher professional education, while for other positions only a university degree is required.
Cristiano Ronaldo offers competitive salary conditions, particularly the position of supervisor with a salary of €28,000 per year. Employees are entitled to a permanent contract, 50 days vacation and a birthday party with the team. In addition, the hotel offers meal tickets and discounted rates for Pestana chain accommodations.
Employees are entitled to 30 days of annual vacation plus an additional 20 days according to internal agreements. After employees agree to a probationary period, they have access to free private health insurance.
Currently Pestana CR7 has several vacancies in Madrid, in the Plaza Mayor and Gran Vía hotels. Possibilities include:
- goalkeeper: Salary 23,000 euros per year, open contract and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Food and Beverage Supervision (Food and Beverages)Salary: 28,000 euros, university degree and good knowledge of English.
- Beginner waiter:Salary 13,000 euros, part-time contract for 20 hours.
