Worten launches 2023/24 brand campaign featuring Ricardo Araújo Pereira, Júlia Palha and Inês Aires Pereira

Campaign aims to work on the relationship, trust, proximity and recurrence with consumers

worten has just launched its brand campaign for 2023/24 and once again reminds the Portuguese that it has everything to offer, from technology to new universes, including services. This campaign aims to work on the relationship, trust, proximity and recurrence with consumers and, to this end, it will feature Ricardo Araújo Pereira and his always humorous tone that characterizes him so well. Amateur climbers, homemade pastry chefs, naturists, ornithology photographers and bachelorette party guests are some of the characters that will cross paths with Ricardo Araújo Pereira and with whom he will mingle under the motto “It has everything and I don’t know what else”.

Worten once again bets on a humorous campaign, as it has been doing in recent years. Humor is a very powerful resource, which immediately generates empathy and proximity, and having Ricardo Araújo Pereira to lead the new line of communication is the guarantee that the result will be a set of spots that are very consistent and aligned, both with the purpose of the brand as with Ricardo’s image, and, of course, full of caustic and provocative humor qb

For António Fuzeta da Ponte, Head of Brand and communication at worten, “the new line of communication marks the moment of convergence, the moment when Worten starts to communicate with a single voice all the business areas. Our objective is to reinforce the relationship, trust, proximity and recurrence with consumers and, through Ricardo Araújo Pereira, we are going to ‘meddle’ in people’s lives in a fun way to show that Worten ‘Has everything and but I don’t know what’. We therefore maintain the humorous tone that has marked the brand’s latest campaigns and consolidate the strong relationship that Ricardo Araújo Pereira already has with the brand, as it will have an even more intense presence on TV and Digital”.

There are some spots in the campaign in which Ricardo Araújo Pereira will not be alone and will have strong reinforcements. They are the actresses Júlia Palha and Inês Aires Pereira. An example of this is the generic spot that puts RAP and actress Júlia Palha in a climbing scenario. Inês Aires Pereira will assist RAP in a campaign focused on services, with Worten Resolve. Inês appears in a bachelorette party scenario where Ricardo Araújo Pereira will create confusion with amusing puns. It should be remembered that Inês Aires Pereira already gave the voice to Worten advertisements, now becoming part of the brand’s stories.

From creative concept to realization it was a marathon of consecutive days of filming. Director Tiago Guedes says: “the main objective of this campaign was to achieve a modern, light and fun look & feel, very much in line with the DNA of the brand and of Ricardo Araújo Pereira himself, which would feed the various spots throughout the year, within the same line of communication. This constitutes an even greater challenge because we always have to ensure that we surprise consumers with each new spot we launch, without disappointing expectations. Challenge overcome? The public will confirm it”.

The new line of communication starts on May 5th on TV, Radio, Digital, Outdoor, Social Networks, Store and Website. The entire campaign was created by FUEL, produced by TAKE IT EASY, directed by Tiago Guedes and Stepan Klein and produced by Pro(u)d.
