What is worth noting is that in this period we are referring to, the number of pneumonia cases increased, registering 459 cases, almost double from the previous week. People over 65 were the most vulnerable, 156 cases of pneumonia were registered in this age group” – claims Lorena Mărgăritescu, director of the Public Health Directorate (DSP) Vâlcea.
